"This is the day that the Lord has made; We will rejoice in it!"

Good morning friends,

It's a new day and the Lord says about the days he created -

"God saw all that He had made, and it was very good" Genesis 1:31

We may have struggles today; we may face unexpected loss; we may feel as if our prayers are hitting a wall -

Look up my friend, look up - remember God's promises:

"Haven't I commanded you: be strong and courageous?  Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go" Joshua 1:9

"This is what the LORD says: Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's." 2 Chronicles 20:15:b

"For He will give His angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways." Psalm 91:11

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope."
Jeremiah 29:11

"And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."
Romans 8:28

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Can affliction or anguish or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?  As it is written:  Because of You we are being put to death all day long; we are counted as sheep to be slaughtered.  No, in all these things we are more than victorious through Him Who loved us.  For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will have the power to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord!"

Fix your eyes on Jesus my friends!  He is our EVERYTHING!
